Frequently asked questions.
- What all do I do to be fully booked with you?
Fill out the booking form provided in the ‘booking’ tab and once we’ve finalized the details of your session, I will send over a client contract form that must be completed and sent back to me, along with a deposit. Then you’ll officially be in the books!
- How do you send my photos?
I upload all high-quality, personally hand-edited images onto an online gallery. I will then email you a link to download the images.
- How long does it typically take to get my photos back?
I pride myself in having a quick turnaround time. No one wants to wait months and months to get pictures back! I say typically 2-3 weeks, but I often send them out within the first week after our session. Sneak peaks will be sent leading up to the official gallery.
- Do I need to pay for anything other than my session?
Along with the total price for your photo session, if there’s any additional fees, we will be sure to discuss those as well. A travel fee will apply to any location 30 minutes outside of Eugene, Oregon. If there’s parking or entrance fees at the location we choose, that is also added to your total.
- What should I wear for my session?
I recommend wearing outfits that make you comfortable, confident, and express YOU! If you want more specific outfit recommendations based on your location and style of shoot, I’d be more than happy to help! I will also send over an outfit guide after you book your session. :)
- Do I have to pay right when I book?
I require a non-refundable retainer fee to book your session. This is 50% of the total cost of your session, to ensure that your spot is secured. If the date of the photoshoot is rescheduled more than once, a new retainer will need to be paid.
- Do you do prints?
I do not, but I can offer plenty of recommendations if you ask!
- Can I send you inspo pics/Pinterest boards leading up to my session?
Yes please!! I love seeing your inspiration and vision and we can totally try and recreate them! :)
- How far in advance should I book my session?
I recommend booking your session at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability and ample time for planning, especially if you’re wanting a shoot in a specific season. But I’m happy to accommodate last minute booking if my schedule allows. :)
